Today we’re talking pita crisps, friends.
Yum!
After Thursday’s post about back-to-school/after-nap snack ideas, I received a few reader emails requesting the pita crisps recipe.
I’m more than happy to share! Although don’t say I didn’t warn you: these things are gobbled up in our house by anyone who can get their hands on them. Super delish!
The recipe is my mother-in-law’s and it is awesomely easy & amazingly tasty. Perfect combo, right?

2. Cut each pita into eighths.

3. Coat both sides of the pita pieces with EVOO mixture {I usually use a basting brush to make sure all of the triangles are coated!}.

3. Make sure the pita triangles in a single layer onto a cookie sheet {cover the cookie sheet with foil first for easy clean up!}.

4. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp.

5. Allow to cool before serving; store in airtight container!

So yummy!
As I mentioned in my snack post, these pita crisps are awesome with hummus or any other kind of dip, soup or chili.
Happy snacking!
