Introducing…H-Berry!

It’s Friday! WOO! Happy weekend, friends!

First things first:

Name change

I’ve been contemplating changing Baby H’s blog name for a while now {seeing as how she is a year & a half old at this point…}. I think Little O helped solve my what-to-rename-her dilemma in last Friday’s post.

And so, from this point forward, Baby H shall be know as H-Berry {except when I tag her, because I’m afraid to mess with the behind-the-scenes stuff. Lol.} At any rate, you can still find all of her posts under the Baby H heading, but I’ll be referring to her from now on as H-Berry. It has a cute little ring to it, no?

Three cheers for the H-Berry!

Good reads

In other news, I updated my summer book roundup post. I’ve read a bunch of super fab books lately~ including one of the best books I’ve read in a LONG time!~ so of course I want to pass that along to you.

If you have any book recommendations, send them my way! We’re going on vacay soon and I’m sure when I’m not chasing after two small children for a week at Disney World, I’ll have plenty of time to relax & nap from sheer exhaustion read a few books. Totally. {Let’s all hope these smiley little characters nap for us while we’re away…or else I might need a vacation all by myself when we get back home}.

And on a Disney-related note, stay tuned next week to see all of the fun things we’re doing to get the girls ready for the big trip. It’s hard to say who’s more excited, the girls or the Hubs & I {seriously, we’re like little kids in a candy store!}.

Weekend fun

This weekend is the first weekend that we’ve all been home together in three weeks, so we’re going to soak in all the family time we can! The Hubs & I are even going to squeeze in a much-needed date night as well, which I’m pumped about. Yummy food & adult conversation without saying “sit down right now!” 700 times? I’m in!

Good thing they are so darn cute.

Counting My Kisses: Another great week in the books! School doesn’t start until the week after Labor Day here, so summer is still in full swing for us {also? it’s in full swing because my brain is not ready to think about sending Little O to preschool in a few weeks!}. Right now, I’m going to focus on having a family-filled weekend of fun with the Hubs & our girls. Can’t wait to hear all about your weekend as well! Have a great one!
