It was the quietest they had been all day. Possibly all week.

And their imaginations.

They painted thoughtfully, sweetly. They painted together.

No fighting about colors or brushes. No shoving. No whining or fussing or cranking at each other.
They just worked together, complimenting each other’s work, creating one of my very favorite pieces of artwork ever.

I think they created something beautiful between the two of them, too.

And that makes my heart so very, very happy.
Counting My Kisses: Every time I look at the two pictures that Little O & Baby H painted {hanging proudly on our sliding glass door}, I can’t help but smile. It’s their first together project. I love what those two pictures stand for just as much as I love the colors and swirls and handprints that were so lovingly painted onto the paper. Well done, sweet girls. Well done.

Amy ~~~ what a sweet post. The loveybugs are just adorable and so artistic too. I know they did not get that creative streak from me. I have always been so envious of my sisters Deb and Patty and my friend Patti for being such artists!!! That is a gift you are born with, just like with your writing. Have a great and colorful day.

Thanks Mimi~ I cherish the pictures they painted that day, and the sweet time they spent together!
