Taking on the State Fair

Wednesday’s big adventure?

The State Fair. 

It was awesome.

Exhausting? You bet.

But so, so worth it.

 

Minutes after we arrived, the girls were giving gentle pats to massive cows. 

Driving the “Got Milk?” truck.

And let’s not forget learning how to milk cows with the Dairy Queen. 

And the fun was just getting started! 

Little O impressed us all with her fab jump roping skills.  

And gave out lots of squeezy hugs. 

Baby H loved the bunnies {the girls wanted to bring one home!}.  

And Little O had an absolute blast on her first pony ride. 

She was so proud of herself!

Little O also hit the Giant Slide, one of my childhood faves ~ once with me {left} and once with Papa {right}.

Rockstar! 

Tons of animals, piggy races, giant slides, fabulous food & family~ what could be better? 

It was an adventure for the memory books!

Counting My Kisses: The only thing that could have made this State Fair trip even more fabulous? If the Hubs & Auntie Lala, Uncle Chris, Auntie Jen, Uncle Chris & Cousin M could have joined in the fun. Maybe next year! I think the girls will be talking about all of the animals they visited {and the giant slide} until then anyway.
