How was your weekend, friends?

Other than my complete denial that we’re actually in the month of August {seriously? I feel like it’s still late June!}, we had another great weekend for the memory books.

Nothing too exciting going on~ which can be just as much fun! Our weekend highlights included our traditional ice cream outing Friday night, a lot of Olympics watching for the Hubs & I once the girls were in bed, haircuts for Little O & the Hubs, some extra one-on-one bonding time for Miss H & I, a fairly successful family trip to church, and catching up on a ton of yardwork.

The kind of weekend that makes you feel tired, productive & happy. Love it.

Also?

I’m loving our sweet girls & their fairy phase right now {perhaps it goes hand-in-hand with their lip gloss phase?}.

Say hello to smiley Fairy O. 

And to flower-sniffing Fairy H. 

They have so much fun playing with each other {and their wands!}. 

And they really, really like to giggle. 

And dance. 

And generally make us wonder how on earth we filled our days before they came along.

Counting My Kisses: These two little girls have become such a huge part of our hearts, it’s hard to imagine a time when they weren’t here, entertaining us with their bubbly giggles, active imaginations and sweet hugs & kisses. I’m thankful for all of these memories the girls are giving to the Hubs & I, both big and small. Our little fairies can be quite a handful~ but they are our handful, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
