The announcement

Happy Monday, friends!

How was your weekend? Ours was all sorts of fabulous.

The Hubs had TWO days off, which was such a gift! We enjoyed dinner with wonderful friends on Saturday night, lots of walks, sidewalk chalk art creations, and a family trip to church. Add in a whole lot of giggles, celebrating Baby H’s 18-month milestone and a few impromptu dance parties, and we had ourselves a pretty stellar weekend!

We also made a BIG announcement to the girls:

We’re going to Disney World in a few weeks!

{cue the happy dance}

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post on exactly how we made the announcement~ it definitely required a bit of creativity & thought given their ages!

But…

I think it’s safe to say that it was a happy surprise for both Little O & Baby H. Check out those delighted faces:

I think the Hubs & I are even more excited than the girls ~ we are literally counting down the minutes until we arrive at the Happiest Place on Earth. I may or may not have just completed a massive Disney Store order, along with a few custom Etsy purchases as well…

Ahem. Hopefully the Hubs skipped over that part.

At any rate, seeing Little O & Baby H’s happy faces was the perfect way to cap off a fantastic weekend.
